Shipping Policy

We ship within the USA using USPS Priority Mail for around $12 per box (1 pedal) . Actual shipping costs will be calculated at check out. Orders of 2 or more pedals may incur additional shipping charges. Contact us using the contact form on the Contact Us page if you would like 2 or more pedals shipped at one time. Shipments arrive within 1-3 business days. Dates are not guaranteed by USPS.

We ship Internationally to Germany, UK, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, Italy, Japan, France, Canada and Mexico using USPS International Priority Mail or UPS for around $60 per box (1 pedal). Actual shipping costs will be calculated at check out. Orders of 2 or more pedals may incur additional shipping charges. Contact us using the contact form on the Contact Us page if you would like 2 or more pedals shipped at one time.  Shipments arrive within 6-10 business days. Dates are not guaranteed by the shipper.

Taxes & Customs

Buyer is responsible for all taxes, customs etc. If we are shipping your pedal within Minnesota, you will be charged MN sales tax.

Returns

3Degrees Audio products are protected with a 30-day money back guarantee (shipping not included).  If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us via email within 10 business days of the original purchase date to authorize your return for refund.

  • You will receive a return code and shipping instructions. Ship your product via a guaranteed, trackable shipping service (USPS, UPS ground, FedEX ground) to the address provided with the Return Code.

  • Products sent for return must have the Return Code clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box, or included inside.

  • Products must be returned in new condition, shipped in the packing material, to qualify for a refund. Worn or abused products or products that are missing accessories will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and/or store credit only. We reserve the right to deny a return in the case of excessive wear.

  • The return shipping method must include tracking and a declaration of the full value to protect against lost shipments.

  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

  • After receiving the Return Code, the customer must return the associated item immediately and it must arrive at our facility within 7 days. Returns may be denied if returned more than 7 days after the return is requested.

  • Once the returned product is received at our facility, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are generally not offered unless we do not meet our pre-sale goal for a given product.  In the event that a pre-sale goal is not met, you can swap your order to a different product at no charge. If that is undesirable, you can cancel your order, and we will refund your money, less the paypal fees.

Cancelled Orders

Orders can be cancelled before fulfillment by contacting us via email. We will refund your payment less any fees charged by Paypal. That means we cannot refund the Paypal fees.
